To start with a big big thank you from both of us for offering us this Exhibition and putting in so much work to promote it. We couldn’t have asked for more from either you or Helen with all your efforts with the publicity. The online presentation was a masterpiece of promotional writing as were the wonderful photographs. Hopefully some of the people at the exhibition were customers of ours at the Chestnut Gallery in the eighties and nineties and have happy memories of those days just as we do. It is very appropriate that our Winchcombe Pottery pots are passing on to their new owners In Winchcombe where Ray Finch spent his entire potting life. Thanks for suggesting it would be appropriate if we added  the work of potters who took some of their inspiration from the same ethos as did Ray."
